“Pros:
-spacious tent
-comfy mattress
-there was an electric hook up as well as water (site says none) so bring a long extension chord, about 75 foot
-one site from the restroom
-lots of trees
-great trees for a hammock
-outside chairs were great as well as the extra benches and cooking area
-great breeze through the tent
-with enough blankets you’ll sleep cozy
-frame and tent built very well
-lots of great trails
-very clean restrooms at the park
Cons
-surrounded by lots of RV’s, kids, dogs and all the lights they put up on their site. (And they keep them on all night)
-very noisy, don’t go for peace and quiet (note, all neighbors were very kind) the site described this campsite as secluded, it is far from being secluded.
-the inside of the tent was not clean nor the mattress cover. (Bring your bleach wipes) the mattress cover has a lot of dog hair, dog prints and dirt on it.
-trash left in the trash can in the tent, lots of leaves and trash on the ground. Bring your own broom and maybe a vacuum as the ground is carpet.
-customer service for tentrr is absolutely awful. I called and emailed 7 times with NO response. Wanted to add a few extra nights, was able to book but never received confirmation and was still charged.
-after I left I received an email stating all tentrr employees were laid off/fired and someone in upper management would contact me. STILL no contact.
Overall, if you put aside the lack of professionalism from this company, I enjoyed the tent and mattress . Ive had two back surgeries and this set up was very convenient and spacious.”
