Between the heavenly views, and the pleasantries of having access to eco friendly amenities this was exactly what I’d hoped for and needed. It was clean, well kept, and you can tell how much effort goes into preserving the natural state of the land while also ensuring a comfortable stay for the guests. It was absolutely majestic, I am so thankful to be able to experience places like this!”

“I'm torn on whether to review this pristine slice of heaven at all...I want to lie and say it was just terrible so nobody books it! I've already reserved a repeat stay. Awesome surprises and little finishing touches by the host Beau around every turn. Really awesome host. The Cattails is definitely the more private of the campsites on property, but you can walk 2 minutes and find your own seclusion if you run into any other guests, which I personally did not (granted it was a Sun/Mon night). No cell service in the vicinity (yay!) but there's wifi at Beau's check-in shed, and the site is close enough to town to swing down for any provisions you might forget. Five stars, but don't book it so it stays a well-kept secret.”
“Beaver Dam Falls was absolutely beautiful! The site at Cattails was quiet, private, and the view of the marsh was gorgeous. We walked to the Falls several times to enjoy the stunning beauty and to cool off and swim. Beau was very accommodating and even had our fire ready for us upon arrival. Everything was just as described. The variety of wildlife and plant life was beautiful as well. We will definitely be back.”
“Beaverdam Falls is a gem of a place. Highly recommend the Catskills site for very private oasis. Though not right the falls like top of the falls, it is short walk to the falls, and much more private spot. We loved it. Tent left open with view of beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and not a soul in sight. Plenty of space to spread out and all amenities you could think of from bug spray (not needed our visit) to grill tools.
The water fall, hanging bridge, hiking paths, hammock and lounge chairs by the falls, creek below the falls, were all picture perfect. Beau is a fantastic caretaker and owner of this property. We will be back.”
“What a beautiful place! The property is absolutely stunning! I had made an error in reading the description and missed that the bedding wasn't included and assumed it was as has been my previous experience with these kind of sites, but it was no problem to add that upon arrival. Thank goodness as it was quite cold! Beau had provided a generous amount of firewood for indoor and out. The stars at night were amazing. Feeding the trout in the pools was the highlight for us. We absolutely plan to return in the summer to swim and stay again!”
“This is a gorgeous location like none other I've seen. The tent was very spacious and clean. We were there during very cold weather and the wood heater and/or propane kept the tent plenty warm. It was very private and the views were beautiful. The host supplies more than enough of everything that was needed for your stay. The entire setup there is effortless to check in, go exploring, and such a unique experience. Thoroughly enjoyed!!!”
