“What a great weekend away! David was incredibly responsive to our questions. He toured us through our camp site which was awesome. Incredibly friendly guy and very welcoming to his property. The four of us has a great time. Beautiful views of the mountains and the stars were indescribable at night. The stone on the camp ground was a great touch, it allowed us to keep our feet dry while moving around. Location was fairly easy to get to and about 20 mins from all the main spots in Cooperstown NY. Overall I can't recommend this any higher. It was a fantastic first experience using Tentrr and working with our Host David. Definitely would consider returning but now may have to check out all the other Signature Sites around the country! Thanks again David and Tentrr for making this experience great!”
“Sunrise Meadow was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! My fiancé and I absolutely loved bringing our dog here as we passed the time watching spectacular sunrises and sunsets, enjoying campfires, and hiking in wooded trails. We ended up visiting Glimmerglass State Park for some swimming during the trip, and that was excellent too. All of the accommodations were ready to go, but it’s an easy drive to nearby places if you’ve forgotten anything. That said, it feels as if you’re in a world of your own up at the beautiful campsite. David is an absolutely wonderful person and a great camp keeper. Whether you’re feeling social or the need for some privacy, you can find it all here. It was our first trip to the Cooperstown and Lake Otsega area. In only a couple of days, we fell in love with the region, and we’re already talking about when we can visit again!”
“The property is absolutely lovely and far enough away from civilization for privacy, peace and quiet and starry skies at night, but close enough for day trips to Cooperstown, Glimmerglass State Park, and Ommegang Brewery for local color. “My wife, pup, and I had a lovely stay at Mt. Otsego Sunrise Meadow! The property is absolutely gorgeous with amazing sun soaked views and a gently breeze during the day. The location is close enough to Cooperstown (which is a beautiful village), Glimmerglass State Park, and Ommegang Brewery for supply runs and local color, but far enough away from light pollution to provide a beautiful view of the starry night sky. Dave is a warm, welcoming, and accommodating host. Highly recommended all around!”
