“Our stay was so enjoyable! Mike provided plenty of firewood and answered all questions we had. We felt safe and had privacy, while still being close to town. The tent was clean and comfortable, and the views were incredible. A great getaway, highly recommend!”

“We spent three nights here over the Fourth of July weekend and had a great time. The pond is stocked with bass, which we caught (and released) every day, which was great fun. We also brought our inflatable kayak and enjoyed just paddling around. The large fire pit was wonderful, and the unlimited free firewood was a true bonus. Mike, the owner/camp keeper stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, and he was very friendly and helpful with directions to places in the area. There is a short hiking trail through woodlands on the property, leading up to the top of the hill, where there is a nice scenic overlook. We saw all kinds of wildlife (deer, rabbits, red squirrels, etc.). It's a beautiful place, and we would love to go back. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed at Moonlit for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is absolutely breathtaking, right next to a beautiful, secluded pond. We even spotted a beaver coming out of his dam at night for a quick hello.
Lots of activities including swimming and kayaking a short drive away, as well as hiking on the property itself was pretty convenient.
Mike was a great host, stopping by for conversation and to ensure we had everything we needed. Other than the occasional car driving by, we felt completely relaxed in nature. Will definitely be coming back.”

“A friend and our dog stayed two nights at the Moonlit Pond site. It was our first time using Tentrr and we highly recommend Tentrr and this site.
The location is beautiful and remote. The pond was nice to have water access. The property has a trail which we hiked. There are also fishing poles available (we did not use) if you want to fish. The Moonlit Pond site is near a road which had only a few cars pass by, if you are looking for a completely remote site I recommend the site on the property at the clearing along the hiking path.
Mike and Elena were great hosts. We were late to arrive the first night and Mike started the fire for us which was much appreciated. Mike also checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was going well and tell us about the history of the property and region. Because there is so many trees on the property we were provided firewood free to charge which was helpful. Overall we highly recommend this site.”
