Great site! Open with flat areas, surrounded by woods. Hiking trails on property. Would use again.

Dave's place near Lancaster was perfect for what we needed. We had a group of 7 and on our first night we were smack in the middle of a Nor'easter -- not a problem with this site. Being fairly prepared for the rain, we setup our tents under the covered "pavilion" area that isn't shown in photos and then used the tented "Yert" as our living room/hangout spot for the night -- it worked perfectly. The rest of the weekend had improved weather and we had an absolute blast, including hiking around the property on one of the many accessible trails. We'll definitely be back! Thanks, Dave + Family!

I am not calling that camping, rather surviving. The mattress were very dirty (not to mention the toilets (terrible). It's a RIP OFF.

The canvas wall tent was a complete lifesaver since our weekend ended up being extremely rainy. This tent is MUCH larger than the usual Tentrr tent, about twice the size. Torrential downpour for hours. There were plenty of warm, covered spots for us to huddle together. This campsite had everything we needed and more and, had the weather cooperated, would've been idyllic. The one star off isn't about the rain, but the communication. Though they left us be (which is great), we received a rather terse email at 9:30 pm the night before our reservation began that informed us of a few things that would have been great to know earlier. Such as: we had to carry in and out all trash and recycling AND that there are "quiet hours" beginning at 9 pm. Neither of those things were "problems" per se, but would have been nice to know before booking. I guess just keep that in mind when you are booking. If you are sensitive to the sound of gunshots, you should know that we heard them quite close to our site on several occasions. Still a good, enjoyable site.

This campsite was absolutely wonderful. It was a perfect alcove in the woods and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend. The owner of the site was extremely accommodating and was very friendly. I cannot say enough of this Tentrr campsite. We will definitely be back and rent again. You will love it there.

We had an incredible time at this site over Halloween. The canvas tent is very large and slept 4 very comfortably. We easily could've fit several more, but the rest of the members of our group had tents. The two fire pits were nice and allowed us to cook over one and congregate over the other. The little kitchen area had mugs, smores sticks, cast iron skillets and a pot, and some other assorted things. While we brought our own cooking gear, it was really helpful to have some supplemental items! Our group of 11 rented the Archery Tag game and LOVED it. We played using the shields/barriers that were provided and added some extra cover using trees and other things around the site. We also explored some of the trails around the site and, as another commenter mentioned, there were a ton of cool abandoned cars and things on the trails! My only small warning is that the road to the site was a little bit treacherous. We had several sedans that had no problem getting in and out, but just be aware! Dave and his daughter, Brooke, were very kind and helpful. We absolutely loved this site and hope to return again soon!

While the setting was quiet and beautiful, the tent had some major design flaws. It is a canvas wall tent that sits on top of a wooden platform with no seal whatsoever between the walls and the floor, so it was crawling with insects. On top of that, all of the furniture in this unsealed tent was “indoor” furniture, so it smelt of mildew. The mattresses were dirty indoor mattresses sitting on the floor. When we lifted them up, there were countless stink bugs, centipedes, and even a couple of slugs crawling around in between the mattress and box spring. This site was advertised as being completely equipped but luckily we had brought tents and air mattresses just in case. We ended up setting up our tents inside the large tent to keep the bugs out, and that worked fine. The fire pit was very nice. All in all, I’m very upset about the amount of money I spent on this trip. I paid a premium price for accommodations that did not live up to promises. My money would have been better spent at a state camp ground for a third of the cost.
