Dean and Evelyn were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. The site was wonderful and exactly as advertised. The property is remote and in laps of nature. Dean was kind enough to share local insight into trails and cafe's to checkout. Our family had a great time.

We had a pleasant time staying at this Thrasher Road spot in Worthington, MA, our first Tentrr experience. Dean, the host, was friendly and welcomed us warmly with a tour and gave some hints on local things to explore, including suggestions on a possible bike path. The campsite is lovely — sprawling, wooded, and private. The moon came out and the evening sky was speckled with starlight and fireflies to the tune of a summer wildlife soundtrack with frogs, crickets, owls, horses, and bird songs. A campfire was a warm and comforting way to end an evening after cooking dinner on the metal grate over an open flame. Solid wooden platform, new sturdy canvas tent, comfy bed, and nice bedding with sheets, pillows, and blankets were all set up to greet us. The tent was roomy and easy to stand up and move around in. Plenty of space for our bags and items too. Two wooden end tables (one containing a mallet and a first aid kit) and a wood stove for colder nights add to the tent. There was a pair of wooden Adirondack chairs, torches which help to deter bugs, and automatic lights to guide in the dark, outside the tent entrance. Also present was a fire pit, wood pile with starter, a nice smelling soy maple candle, a few votives, grill tools, and a screened-in cooking and eating tent, with seating for 6 and a picnic table for preparing and eating food. Additionally, there was fresh water provided daily, an area for washing dishes with water jug, dish soap, scraper, and sponge, garbage and recycling receptacles, a private loo in a tight fitting lime green pup tent, a bin for loo bags, and a spot for a standing sun shower, which tends to stay cooler when it is colder at night. Solar bags take a while to naturally heat up and you have to be judicious with the water, especially when more than one person will use the shower. We were invited to explore the grounds and find trails to walk around the property and nearby areas. On the way out, we stopped across the street to the forever farmlands and picked fresh blueberries from the ripening bushes that were popping with mostly white and a few tasty bursts of purple berries. This site is suitable for a slightly elevated yet primitive camping experience that is “roughing it” with basic needs met and a step down from “glamping”… Prospective visitors should be aware that most of the activities, such as guided fly fishing (in all CAPS in the description) and bird watching, pack ponies with lunch, mountain biking, and kayaking, pictured on the ad for this campsite etc, are not actually offered by the hosts, Dean and Evelyn, at this time. It seemed as though some of this could be the result of one of the hosts having a recent injury. Emailed questions, prior to arrival, about the various activities, were never answered, as well as our inquiry about the fresh eggs, sour dough bread, and homemade jam, listed in the description, requested ahead as suggested. When asked upon arrival, Dean brought half a dozen fresh eggs from their resident hens. These contributed to two days of breakfast that we cooked up and tasted delicious. We were surprised by an email on our final morning sharing a $5 charge for the eggs that we had not been made aware of. It seems better for the descriptions to accurately reflect what is being offered and to clearly communicate any additional charges up front.

I have been camping MANY times in my life, but this tentrr experience surpassed expectations. Pictures could never do it justice. It is so secluded but at the same time the farm is close by and the animals are so loved and taken care of. There are so many beautiful views, and the frog pond is so clear, you can see all of the tadpoles. There are also a few nice trails, blueberry picking and fresh eggs. The host is amazing; she was so helpful, very knowledgeable and made us laugh a few times. We will definitely be back the next time we have some down time.

Despite the weather, we had a lovely time visiting this camp site and surrounding area. We were greeted by our host Evelyn immediately at arrival and she was very warm and welcoming! My boyfriend and I would love to go back and camp here again, especially in better weather. We highly recommend this Tentrr site!

Photos don't do it justice! This campsite is so gorgeous, every little detail was thought out.. the farm location was just stunning & the paths around the property were glorious. The location was great for us, about 35 min to Northhampton down a scenic byway... Leaf peeping at its finest.

This was an excellent place to stay! Plenty of space for parking, and easy access to the campsite. There’s an extra tent up the hill a little, which is helpful if you have more than 2 people. Beautiful horses to look at on the farm, and it’s secluded. Lots of interesting animal noises in the nighttime.

We had an excellent time staying here. First tentrr experience and would stay here again. The setup and property is great. The tent and eating area stayed dry despite heavy rain the first night.
