“Was the incorrect part for my Deluxe OZtrail Gazebo, the arms were about 30cm too long and a different thickness and colour of paintwork. I had to cut and redrill the holes just to jimmy something together that worked.”

“I am happy with the part we needed the only thing I was a little annoyed about was that there is a Tent world Shop In Fyshwick ACT a mere 145klms away were the part could have been dispatched but it had to come all thew way from Townsville in Queensland with more freight cost to us I would hope you could be better set up for People within your local Area Thank you rod Collman PS the Freight charge was more than the actual item”

“After trying for six months to order this replacement part with another company, it was fantastic to receive this part from Tentworld in less than a week. The struts were easy to replace after 2 of them had been broken in a storm. If you do need to replace the strut, remember to keep the screws from your original strut as they do not sell the replacement screws (only the scissor action nuts and bolts)”
