Pros: Waterproof, Easy to use, Lots of tie down points, Covers a Decent area, Compact. Cons: Naturally not as strong as an ultrarig or canvas, Corners are not reinforced enough (a corner tore out when wind picked up, first use). Summary: better than no tarp if you require a compact setup, would recoomend just be aware of the reduced strength of the seems when tied down firmly.
