The Oztent RS-1 King Single Swag is the ultimate one-person shelter. Using our innovative 30-second folding frame, the RS-1 Swag easily sets up and packs down within 30 seconds, giving you extra time and headspace to enjoy the beauty of great outdoors. The RS-1 also has an awning so you can either flip it over the swag or set it up to provide a sheltered area at the front of the swag for cooking and/or relaxing. Made from waterproof and fire-retardant ripstop polyester material, the RS-1 Swag provides a fast and effective barrier to the elements. If you are looking for the ultimate swag for a getaway, look no further than the Oztent RS-1. Note: The Series II version of the RS-1 Swag comes with a thicker 40mm mattress to make falling asleep as easy as the 30-second setup. Extra ventilation has been built in to maximise comfort. “I wanted to love this tent/swag, but the sad fact is that it leaks! There are three points where water comes in. It seems to be drawn in by capillary action at the site where the velcro fasteners attach to the top bar at the back of the tent. I am reasonably certain this this is the weak spot, but as we all know water is sneaky and I’ll be doing further investigations to try to locate and eliminate the leak. I’m certain that it is not a condensation issue because it happens when the swag is set up and empty. Talking of condensation, the ventilation in this swag is somewhat limited. It’s fine for cool weather camping, and that suits me fine (expect condensation though!) I would NOT recommend this swag for general use around Australia, and definitely no good in a La Niña season. Indeed, this is a rather disappointing addition to my collection of Oztent gear and as things stand I think that there must be better options for the money..”

“Set this up the other day and spent the night in it set up on the king single cot!! Had an amazing sleep, was unbelievably comfortable and so much room did not feel claustrophobic at all!!!”
