The name Trangia is derived from the village of Trang. For decades, the name has been one of the outdoor market's strongest brands in both Sweden and internationally. Trangia represents long experience, solid competence and modern design. The Trangia stove has during its 60 years been developed and refined. The Trangia stove is still manufactured in Sweden, in the same village located in the mountains north of Sweden where the business started 90 years ago. The proximity of the mountain has made practical tests in harsh weather conditions a natural part of the business. Details have been modernised and function has been optimised. With all parts of the company gathered in one place, close to nature, it can be ensured that every detail in Trangia camping stoves stands for true quality. However, the original, ingenious design is still the key to today's successful Trangia stove! Environmental thinking is self-evident to those of us who live close to nature. The manufacturing is therefore environmentally optimised, including the water used during surface treatment undergoing total purification before leaving the factory. The packaging is manufactured from environmentally approved cardboard and is 100% recyclable. The Series 25 storm cookers are somewhat larger stoves suitable for groups of 2-4 people. All the stove systems in the 25 series have two saucepans (1.75 and 1.5 litres), a 22cm frying pan, windshields (upper and lower), a burner, a pan grip and a strap. The series 25 is an excellent group of stoves with large saucepans and a wider frypan. With the supports in the raised position, the stove can be used with large billies. We recommend the use of a Trangia Fuel Bottle (sold separately) to store the fuel for your Trangia stove! These polythene multi-fuel bottles have a safety valve to ensure safe, controlled fuel outflow. Besides making the Trangia Storm Stove Cooker Set even more resistant to scratching and wear, the hard anodising is a surface treatment also improves corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the treatment makes the stove systems easier to clean than untreated stove systems!
