“Multiple times I haven't been able to hear my callers through the wired headset, numerous times my callers haven't been able to hear me, job interviews, bank tellers, loved ones. I am not going to pay for this service another month. I thought the 2nd month would be better since I upgraded from the free service, then I thought the service would be better once I got this new phone, rather than the most inexpensive and refurbished phone I had been utilizing when I had initially found this free online phone service. I wish I wanted to tell my friends and family about this service, but it's been more embarrassing and frustrating than my previous carrier.”
