“Customer support needs improvement: voice mailbox and email. Neither are responded to, at least in my experience. One order never made it to USPS from their shipping partner so never arrived.
I’m sure the product is good, however.
Since posting this review I was able to contact the company and they confirmed the product is lost in the mail and they promptly refunded the purchase. Probably the company has been overwhelmed, but I will continue to use their products.”
“My husband James was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer with unknown etiology. The oncologist found the origin of his cancer 4 months after diagnosis - bladder cancer. My husband went from 199 lbs to 127 1bs. He is 6'1" tall. He couldn't lift his legs and it labored him to walk to the bathroom and get out of bed. He had no appetite and bad diarrhea. He weighs approximately 140 1bls. So he is gaining weight. He is much like his old self. I thank God for this product and that it is working for him!!!!!!!! I still add 1/4 tsp of Inulin with this product.”
