“The Vertere Phono 1 MkII L was a phono stage upgrade for me. Ben set up three phono stages for me to audition. All were very good but the Vertere to my ears was the best of the three. Ben was very patient in explaining the differences between each phono stage and making the listening experience very relaxing. I've bought several hi-fi items from Audiobarn over the last few years and I've always found Jack and the team very knowledgeable and helpful. My go-to hi-fi dealer!”

Paired with my SG1, it's absolutely incredible and proves without a doubt that component synergy really is critically important. I can't imagine a better phono stage for my record player without paying many, many times the price of the Phono-1.”

“The Vertere phono- 1 mk11 is a stunning phono. The built quality is superb and it looks very good with the matching turntable. I have the updated version with the logo in a white lcd light at the bottom, that matches the turntable at night. This is a huge step up from the rega font mc I had. But so was the price of this compared to the rega fono. It’s a serious piece of kit with many setting and options. Thanks to Steve he set it up and done all the settings. I don’t think I could have done it correctly. Anyway sounds amazing and looks super cool.”
