“Superb device. My Meze Elite have never sounded so good! In fact; this amp fed from my DCS Bartok is probably the best thing I have ever heard. It's wonderful right out of the box but I recommend upgrading to Elrog 300B power tubes as these are a significant upgrade. Driver tubes are a trickier recommendation as the best are from the Cold War period (Melz) and so can get quite pricey on eBay and the like. The Ps Vane and the Full Music tubes that are shipped with the performance version are very good as well. You won't be disappointed even with that. Arrange yourself a demo!”

“I was sceptical that the Feliks Audio Envy could not match my current 300B headphone amplifier, how wrong was I?! The Envy drives the HiFiMan Susvara with ease and produces the best headphone experience I have ever encountered. The fact that it has both XLR and SE connections and you can adjust the impedance for all your headphones make this the only amplifier I will ever need. The bass is stellar and the mid and top end have so much air and space, the soundstage just opens up. All my headphones just sound wonderful. Graham and the team were just so helpful with the demo, big thank you to them.”

“This is my first tube amp and It’s been powering my hd800s,meze empyrean and abyss 1266tc. I’m no reviewer but I can say that I prefer the envy over my moon neo 430 ha. The empyreans have a slight hum on the 2nd and 3rd impeadance setting which you can’t hear when the music plays and are completely silent on the 1st setting.The abyss was powered on the 3rd setting whilst the hd800s worked great on the 2nd setting.All sound livelier,more punchy and more airy than my ss amp. Got my amp in July only a few days after ordering so was chuffed.Service from Jack and Graham has been brilliant.Friendly and very helpful. Going to buy the susvara sometime next year as it’s meant to be a great pairing with the envy and I’ll definitely be buying it from Audiobarn.”
