“Having recently bought a Sigma-X to elevate the performance of my amplifier I also bought a Theta as an upgrade for my Chord DAVE DAC. The Theta worked particularly well with my DAC providing a cleaner, smoother sound; I also tried it with my Melco music server but found the improvements were minimal, so definitely seems to bring the most benefit for components with analogue stages (amps, DACs, phono stages etc.) although your mileage might vary. The cable is impeccably made, and comes with a plug-lock insert which you can add to the plug if needed to give it a tighter fit into your equipment. Highly recommended.”
