I'm primarily a headphone listener (Grimm MU2 > Feliks Envy > OG Susvara). After reading that the Moun Pro Ethernet Filter could improve sound—even with the MU2—I tried it and was surprised by the noticeable improvement. That led me to experiment with offloading the Roon core, especially since my library is medium size (56,000+ FLAC/DSD files). While the MU2 handles it well, it can occasionally slow down. A UK Based YouTube reviewer mentioned that offloading the core made quite a difference in his testing so I decided to try this. Switching to a dedicated core (NG) made the system more responsive and, to my ears, improved sound quality—subtle but worthwhile. It's hard to A/B test due to the requirement to switch cores, but the difference is there. Once Grimm releases their update allowing the MU2 to act as a true endpoint, I expect further gains. Overall, I am pleased with the decision to add the Innuos into my system.

I initially invested in an Innuos Zenith Mk3 as an alternative to my stored music on my NAS. Despite some initial teething problems, the sound was really good. Then the NG came along, and what a step up! The musicality of this player is wonderful. I use it everyday and it is a major part of my listening experience. I love it, what more can I say?
