“My Naim CD5XS CD Player stopped working, much to my dismay I was informed it cannot be repaired. So, the hunt for a replacement was on, decided that a transport only was needed as I already have a Wyred 4 Sound Dac. It was soon realised that there are very few CD transport (only) available, but I settled on the Audio Note CDT Zero/ii. Made contact with Audio Barn after a few emails back and forth with the very helpful Jack and Ben and a relaxed audition, my order was placed. During and after the Burn In (200 hours – seemed to take ages:) period, the Audio Note CDT Zero/ii was giving me more detail soundstage and base, even the Mrs noticed the difference! Thank you Audio Barn for the great service.”
