“I'd read all the reviews and based on these alone I had it in my head that I wanted a different set of phones. When I compared them to the HD800S the difference was startling. The HD800S were much better across the full range. Other phones seemed to be focused on the bass or were very bright but these, to me, captured the full range delivering very clear and concise sound. Very comfortable too. Connected to the Hugo amp from Chord give me an excellent and versatile listening experience.”
