“This is the Worst place to buy a product from. They are deceitful in their advertising and Horrible customer service. When you call the number they don’t answer and if you have an issue or question she acts aggravated and she is very nasty! Their Pet Feeders do not come from Europe like she says it is Made In China! The product arrived damaged and horrible cheap quality! Not worth the price at all! So disappointed and disgusted spending the money I did from Junk!! I had to pay to send it back and she is not customer service oriented at all! Don’t buy anything from this Woman she is a Liar and not willing to work with u happy customers. She told me in an email when I asked to be reimbursed for the money I spent to ship back the damaged feeder she told me she would not refund my money because I chose to send it back! Never is all my online shopping have I been so offended and made to feel so upset! She is a horrible person who gets people to buy her products with lies and when there is an issue she has No desire to help! My advice Don’t ever buy from this Woman and get his garbage product! Bonneet Filou is another website ( located in NJ) they have the same product and they answer their phone, text back and communicate with no issues. They are very kind! That’s where anyone should go if you want that Scrollie pet feeder. They have organic dog snacks and truthful about where their pet feeders come from.
