“The item looks very cheap and wanted to return/exchange it. Customer service said I couldn't return it so I'm stuck with a necklace that I'm too embarrassed to give as a gift :(”

I am sorry about the no return policy. These are made to order and handmade by an artesian when you order, so that is why we cannot return them. This is stated on our product page but I will look into making that more visible.
