“Bella Cottage was very difficult to work with and impossible to get in touch with. Customer service person works out of her home in Florida and owner lives in California. I was trying to replace my comforter that is great, but when I accidentally ordered the wrong color, they refused to send me a prepaid return label. It cost me $25 to return it. I started to work with the wholesaler Lili Alessandra and they are a pleasure to deal with! Great coverlet but Bad Bella Cottage!”
