“Towels were very expensive. They are a dark brownish grey, nothing like the picture. I asked to return the unopened package and was told, not returnable. I was given a measly $10, which was insulting.”

“I did not receive my complete order although I paid for it. I ordered 2 sets of 6 linen tea towels I only received 6 tea towels in total . I was told the others would turn up- they never did.”
