“This rug that was delivered is black and tan and unattractive. The listing says it is denim blue/indigo abs tan. But it is NOT. Customer service would not budge when the discrepancy was pointed out. They just stated their no returns policy. I’m very disappointed. I’ve had my eye on several pieces, but I will not be ordering again from Bella Cottage.”
