“Ordered the candle Display. It was shipped out but only made it to Louisville Kentucky. They would not deliver to Bardstown. Tried to work with the shipping company and Bella Cottage. Bella Cottage to weeks to resolve this situation. I of their ideas was to have another delivery company bring it out and I would have to pay half, that company wanted $2,000. All the while the delivery was try to charge for storage. I finally bought something else and wrote both Bella Cottage and the shipping company to send back to Bella and I was not paying a thing. Had to call credit card company and put in a dispute to reverse the charges. Wont use Bella Cottage again.”
