“The shipping company provided updates online with the location of the shipment but not eta for actual delivery Received a phone call telling me the delivery was scheduled for the next day and that I needed to be at home. Since I work like most people I said I couldn’t be available with such short notice and needed an alternative day I was then told my item would be returned to the shipper if I couldn’t receive it the next day. Not sure why I needed to be home since the shipping company just dumped it on my driveway with the crate, wrapping and straps still on. Apparently delivery does not include it being brought into my home. Terrible service . Not too sure what this extra charge for route protection actually was for.”
