“If I could leave a "0" star rating, I would. I received this bowl as part of a larger order on 12-31-21. Two items were missing and not listed on the packing slip. The bowl I received is obviously a second - there are 2 green "streaks" of paint inside the bowl and on the outside, two noticeable "globs" of white. I wish I could attach photos here. Reaching customer service via phone has been impossible and via email has been a challenge. I was told that the two missing items are "on backorder" through February - I had to ask - no one notified me, although my credit card has been charged in FULL for all items ordered. I have yet to receive a replacement bowl. Tomorrow marks 5 weeks since I have contacted customer service. I am considering reaching out to my credit card company.”
