“Not sure if you want to hear this. The product was ordered December 28th and was delivered on March 11th. Very bad follow through in January and February with numerous phone calls. the product is okay not as antiqued looking as the photograph, and the drawers are hard to open.”

It's disheartening to hear that you feel as you do. We understand that your order took longer than we would have liked, which is why we decided to give you 800 Bella Points. We're surprised to hear that you feel there was poor follow-through. Your order was closely monitored and we feel as though we were in good communication with you throughout the process. Once the order arrived at the warehouse and you saw pictures of your piece, you expressed your concerns about the antiqued look. Your piece was shipped when you looked at more photos and decided it was worth keeping. There are things outside of our control such as fewer truck drivers, warehouses closing due to COVID outbreaks, etc. It is our goal to handle each issue with professionalism and personable customer service.
