“Terrible. I ordered The University of New Mexico Lobo Mascot. As pictured in the photo below. What I received was a around medallion engraved with the initials UNM. I called and spoke with the sales representative. They apologized and said that they had change the design but not updated the website! Really, for an item that cost this much money do you think they’d be more up-to-date on their website.”

We are a licensed seller of the New Mexico University jewelry collection and their built-to-order items are shipped directly from their art studios. There are times when they change the design without us knowing. This is one of those cases. We have been incontact with NMU and will get those images updated as soon as possible.
