“Love the print but was disappointed by the shop's customer service. The print arrived badly damaged and after 2 phone calls plus a customer contact form with no response had to take the matter into my own hands and contacted the artist, who resolved the issue. Finally had a response from the shop after 5 days which was too late to stop a certain amount of anguish.”
