“Mats ordered 7 Jan Now 18 Jan - not received and no email to say they have been despatched. No phone number on their website and no response to emails. Is this a scam company because reading reviews I'm not the only one in this position. Dispute raised with PayPal. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY”

“No response to delivery issues. Still waiting for a reply to any of the 5 emails sent in last week. Hermes courier service not helping either - they are as bad as the car mat company. They can't help as will only discuss with shipper who is ignoring me! Don't like being ignored. Shocking customer service and no telephone number to call to speak to them direct.”

“Mats took 3 weeks to arrive but were of reasonable quality apart from the backing which was a bit like charcoal. Only enough sticky Velcro (BMW 5 series) was supplied for front mats. Probably would shop elsewhere next time.”

“They dont send orders when they say they will. They fob you off saying that the parcel will be delivered, so you wait in all day for it but nothing arrives. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but they still failed. They have no phone number so you can only email them, but I wouldn't bother with that as they dont reply. I have had to request a refund via PayPal as The Car Mat Company are so inept.”
