“Dog loved this one that was available However the rope holding the ball and tug sling is not very strong and broken already Once we go to bunnings and buy stronger rope it will be fantastic fun The rope that broke is only light duty nylon”

“Made a purchase of a citronella rechargeable collar and refill. No longer needed the product and did not even open the package. Tried to enquire about return policy via email. No response . Called and left a message no return call . Finally get hold of someone to be told the item can not be returned.”

“Unfortunately the bark collar does not work for our Maltese Shihtzu. We followed the instructions to the letter, have called for assistance which was freely given, tried both sets of prongs and positioned the collar as instructed all to no avail. Sadly I not recommend this product.”

“Unfortunately, the dog collar to control barking via ultrasound and vibration is absolutely useless! It need a good hit to activate at the highest sensitivity. Useless product. Dogline was prompt and called to check on the situation before delivery.”
