“The collar arrived in good time with no assembly required. Battery already in place ready to go. Full set of instructions were enclosed. I needed to call The Dog Line to go through one process that I thought I couldn't do but the staff at the office were friendly and helpful and talked me through it. They gave me extra tips and invited me to call back should I have any more questions. I was talking with the helpful staff in WA (Australia) which made my experience with product and company exceptional.”

“The collar works really well and was reasonably priced. It doesn't zap him like the other one we had, this turns him into a different dog when he wears it around the house. However, I don't use it on him when we take him for walks as he gets more anxious but around the house it has solved our constant barking issue. Thank you!”

“This vibration collar has been working well and my dogs are not barking as much. We have 2 dogs and they’ve been making so much noise as we live in a place where there is lots of construction. The other one gives a low growl, and she always got away with it since we're out working almost all day. They bark each time someone walks past. Since we had the collar on them and they're really better so we're happy with it.”
