“I didn't rent it, as it was a citronella collar and so not able to be rented. I bought it out of desperation. My neighbour was complaining - reasonably - that my dog barked a lot during the day and was worse at night when I wasn't home and he was about to call the council. I was looking at surrendering him with a broken heart. The first time I put it on him he barked twice and then did a little yelp - he HATED the smell. Ever since then he does not bark AT ALL until I get home and take it off and we play INSIDE the house where he can bark with joy to his heart's content. I am still cautiously optimistic but I gain confidence every day. He's a sensitive boy who hates water/spray so I thought it would be ideal and I think I was right based on his personality.”

“Morning all, I have trained dogs, primarily sheep dogs all my life and no bark collars have never really been my thing. At my wife's insistence we rented the basic model to try, especially in a medium residential area in which we live now. Here is our story. Our little girl of 10 months started to find her voice. We unfortunately are surrounded by dogs, which bark and on our small property with colourbond fences echoes and somewhat intimidate her. we were also unsure if she was a barker during separation as when leaving her she would bark at the gate. In order not to become another barking dog owner we decided to hire the static barking collar after consulting with the staff and research on other types of collars. As see was only just learning to bark it was a quick learning curve for her. Once we placed it on her and she realised that loud barks triggered it off she changed her tone of bark. We have noticed after sending it back for the upgrade which is more sensitive that she has realised that her voice has come back. Though this is a slightly different tone currently. We both realise that we will not require to leave the collar on her all the time and only go with the reminder occasionally. I do recommend get the training done early and you will only need the collar as a reminder and not for life type situation. Thanks guys, my wife”

“My big fella at home has been annoying the neighbours with his barking lately. That’s not a problem anymore! Took about 2 days before he learnt not to bark with the collar on. Now I just waive it in front of him and he knows.”

“Got the collar about a week ago, started making a difference within 24 hours. Now he only barks about 1 per day. Made a huge difference to our home as we no longer shut at the dog to shut up etc. and have no worries about complaints to the local council etc.”

“Best way to learn if the product will work on your dog, with Customer Support all through the process! Fantastic business, wish more had their high levels of service and care. I did a lot of research before I looked at using this product, but as I was still unsure I chose the Rental option. Try before you buy is a wonderful option to see how both you and your dog manage the collar. So far all is going really well, and I will be looking at purchasing the collar at a later date. Wonderful back-up support along the way.”

“Although the collar took a bit longer to arrive, it only took 2 days before the collar had proved itself. Have tried other collars and none have worked as well as this one and our dog isn’t bothered by wearing it at all. Thanks Dogline from us & our Neighbours”
