“I purchased the mini educator late last year and I am amazed and thrilled with the changes I have seen! My dog was previously not able to spend any time off-lead due to non-existent recall. Since training with the ecollar, he is now safely enjoying his best life off-lead with a reliable recall. Used appropriately (we went through a 6 week course with a fully qualified trainer), this tool is a game changer! Colin was also amazing ,- he took the time to contact me after my query about the winged comfort pad attachment and had a chat about its benefits - personalised and impressive customer service! If you have a big, fluffy dog, definitely get the attachment and I recommend the titanium version to avoid any potential metal sensitivities. Thank you so much!”
