“We installed the Dog Line on the weekend. Whilst I am waiting to see how well our problem dog responds to the collar, I am hopeful. The receiver on the collar seems to be robust enough but I am unsure how long the collar itself will last as similar collars in the past have failed at the plastic clip. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be helpful to include a step-by-step installation guide. I found it frustrating to have to go back to your website and find the right video which went though a lot of sales rhetoric rather than just a "how to" guide. For example, the piece of paper that came with the pack only instructed "Know how to change the levels of the collar"..... but then left you to find out where that information could come from. If I have already bought the product, I don't want a sales pitch, I want concise instructions. 2. Options to mount the receiver on alternative collars in the event the style doesn't suit your customer or if the collar fails at points other than the receiver itself. It appears like a dual hole punch should do the trick - even if it is available as an extra on your site.”
