My problem was that no-one seems to sell replacement doors marked as “gas” AND the door on my box (20 years old) is RIGHT hand hung. I cannot find anyone supplying right hand hung replacement doors and although they are said (including by this supplier) to be “reversible”, they are NOT reversible as the lock device is limited by an in-built lug that prevents to lock turning anti-clockwise to engage with the latch.
I have in fact contacted Tricel themselves, only to be told that they do not “stock” right-hand hung doors. Odd, considering that the original housing was manufactured by this company.”
