“The first dresser I received in the wrong color(due to a typo) and a drawer would not close completely. The service guy said it needed a new track, that had to be ordered and could take 2 to 4 weeks. I was not happy with that answer. He then told me that maybe they could send me another dresser, I was pleased with that answer, but the delivery guys brought a chest and not the dresser, which caused another delay and a unhappy customer. I finally received the new dresser, but it also had a drawer that would not close. My husband discovered that the drawer was not square which caused it not to close. The service guy came back with a new drawer. I was disappointed with the furniture and the process. I expected more for the money I spent and from the store.”

We're very sorry to hear the first dresser was the wrong color, that it would have taken up to 4 weeks to get a replacement part, and that when the replacement dresser was delivered, it was a chest instead, causing further delays. We're also sorry to hear that when you did receive a replacement dresser, the drawer was not square and that our tech came out and repaired that for you. That sounds very frustrating!
