Hello Dave I have investigated this issue for you and it would appear that one of your emails replied to the automated order confirmation and so was sent to a "do not reply" email address. I can see that another, however, was sent into our sales department and unfortunately it did not get forwarded to customer services who would normally deal with after sales matters. The machine is sent direct from the manufacturer who are supposed to include complementary oil with the machine, which was obviously missed in the warehouse. Albeit you have obviously added your own oil to get the machine started, we have requested that the bottle you should have received with your scarifier is sent out to you. We pride ourselves on our level of customer service and our excellent review star ratings. Please accept our sincere apologies for not resolving this issue sooner for you. Kind regards Nicki
