“The Sack Trolley arrived damaged, it was too substantial for me to straighten the tube but my local garage mechanic managed to remove the bend in the tube, which saved me the difficulty in sending it back. I paid for next day delivery, and it arrived on time but as a needed to use it at once made my repair action necessary. However the product is strongly made and very good but there is no protection at all, it comes in a clear plastic sack and is very easily to damage in transit. There are no instructions how to assemble it, used the internet to find where to place washers, pins &c.”

Hi We are sorry to see the sack trolley arrived damaged. Obviously we would have arranged for an exchange had this been reported to us at the time of delivery, but appreciate your getting over the problem in order to make use of it straight away. Kind regards Nicki

“Brilliant piece of kit. I do fruit and veg deliveries daily and to have this 2 in 1 trolley makes it all so much easier for when it is a big order or having to go up lifts etc. Have it as a flat bed helps to get the big orders in one travel from the van to the customer's kitchen. I hope it is sturdy enough to last a good couple of years, but so far no sound of fatigue despite the treatment it is getting. Excellent trolley.”

“Sack barrow requires assembly instructions but arrived without any. In spite of my email to Green Reaper, requesting instructions, still no reply.”
