Technologically advanced in every way, the EGO Power+ LM1903E-SP cordless lawn mower packs incredible petrol-matching power as standard and is ideally suited to areas up to 800 square metres.
A 56 volt lithium-ion battery powers the high torque, high efficiency brushless motor and will run for approximately 35 minutes on the 5Ah battery supplied. Push button start means you can power up in seconds, whilst the self-propelled motor keeps you in control as you effortlessly mow.
Equipped with a 47cm poly deck, the EGO LM1903E-SP will cut and collect the clippings efficiently into the large 55 litre capacity grass bag. Additionally, you can purchase an optional mulch kit to recycle the clippings back onto the lawn's surface (see related items below).
Seven position deck height adjustment allows you to centrally change the cutting height to suit conditions, and the large diameter wheels will provide easy motion even over longer grass.
Fitted with LED headlights, you can continue to mow in poor light conditions or further into the day. Thanks to the easy-fold design, the LM1903E-SP makes cleaning and storage simple and space-saving.
NB: Supplied with 5.0Ah battery and rapid charger.. (Also available as a bare tool LM1900E-SP.)

Very nice mower, although the roller isn’t great. It’s a bit awkward to manoeuvre with the roller on and doesn’t leave much of a stripe anyway.. The mower seems pretty good though and well designed.

Superbly engineered and designed. Minimal assembly required ie out of the box, extend the handle and put the grass box together which took only a few minutes. Battery charges to full capacity with the rapid charger in around 30 minutes when fully discharged, easily cuts my large and medium size lawns with plenty of reserve battery power and brilliant to say goodbye to power cables. Be aware that it's a heavy machine which gets heavier as the grass box fills so it can be a little awkward to manoeuvre at times when it's not self propelling on straight runs and it's lowest cutting height may not be low enough for those who have a pristine bowling green lawn but for an average good looking utility lawn it's just right at the lowest setting. The bail handle which is held against the main handle to provide the power is a little thin and can become uncomfortable and could ideally be more rounded or cushioned. Those points aside it's a beast of a machine and is a true Rolls Royce of mowers

I've only used this once but, so far, can highly recommend it. I had the equivalent Greenworks self-propelled cordless mower from another supplier, which I had to return, and the Ego is vastly superior, much better designed, more robust, more powerful and does a much better job. If you're swithering between the Greenworks and the Ego my recommendation is to forget the Greenworks and go for the Ego. I can't yet comment on the Ego battery.

A fine mower. Very well made. Instructions could be could better for the assembly of the grass box. You can mow quite a large area with one charge. If it is a very large lawn stop for a tea and it will be at least half charged by the time you finish. The fact that it is electric means it is very convenient no lead getting in the way or running out of petroleum half way. That probably saves 15 mins. Which consumer reports also gives it top marks.
