The Forest Master FM10T-7 is an upgraded seven ton version of the extremely popular five ton FM10T heavy-duty electric log splitter with duocut capability. Efficiently splitting logs up to 46cm in length and 50cm in diameter with ease, the ram pressure of 500 bar enables the machine to handle even hard woods such as oak.
The duocut blade allows the machine to split each log from both ends and effectively split logs equivalent to a 14 ton log splitter. The duocut blade is a community registered design which enables this log splitter to be twice as effective as similarly rated electric log splitters ensuring that, by splitting from both ends, if a knot is encountered at one end, it will still split from the other.
A 2200 watt motor powers the Forest Master FM10T-7, which features as a simultaneous button and lever operation to prevent it from being operated one-handed, making it compliant with the latest safety regulations.
The Forest Master FM10T-7 log splitter is fitted with a ram stop which can be used to limit the amount of return travel by the blade. If you are splitting a large quantity of short logs, then you can set the return distance to slightly greater than your log length to save considerable time.
The log splitter comes supplied with an easy to assemble stand that raises the machine to a comfortable working height.
