The Forest Master FM10T-TC is a heavy duty five ton electric log splitter with duocut capability which is able to split logs up to 46cm in length and 40cm in diameter. The duocut blade allows the machine to split each log from both ends and effectively split logs equivalent to a 10 ton log splitter.
The duocut blade is a community registered design which enables this log splitter to be twice as effective as similarly rated electric log splitters ensuring that, by splitting from both ends, if a knot is encountered at one end, it will still split from the other.
A 2200 watt motor powers the Forest Master FM10T-TC. The log splitter has a simultaneous button and lever operation which prevents it from being operated one handed, making it compliant with the latest safety regulations.
The Forest Master FM10T-TC log splitter is fitted with a ram stop which can be used to limit the amount of return travel by the blade. If you are splitting a large quantity of short logs, then you can set the return distance to slightly greater than your log length to save considerable time.
An easy to assemble stand is included for ease of use and more comfortable operation, which uses the two wheels of the log splitter and has a simple front foot.
The latest Forest Master log splitter models are fitted with a work bench and guard that are compliant with safety regulations. The log tray eliminates the need to bend down to pick up the logs. Unique to Forest Master, and unlike safety cages fitted by other manufacturers, the safety guard has no holes in the side panels to prevent logs getting caught and causing damage. It also allows you to split wider logs than other brands. Assembly required.
