Forest Master FM5 5 Ton Electric Log Splitter Reviews

5 Rating 6 Reviews
Read The Green Reaper Reviews

The ideal log splitter for beginners needing to stoke up a small to medium wood burner, the Forest Master FM5 has the capacity to split logs up to 30cm (12") in length.
Unlike other budget log splitters which only have a 1500 watt motor and produce four tons of pressure, the Forest Master FM5 is powered by a 2200W motor which produces five tons of splitting force. It has a quick cycle time of just nine seconds. Button and lever operation complies with the latest safety regulations.

I have used this splitter for 2-days non-stop, it just did the job! I has split logs very easily without any fuss. My son and I teamed up and we went though a lot of logs! I do recommend.

Never used one before so hard to make a comparison, but easy to use straight from the box.

Bought this product recently, not put it to work properly as yet. However I set it up and tested it out and found it to be a robust little beast!!! I split a few dry old oak logs and some sweet chestnut just to see how power it is, the Forest Master FM 5 tore through the oak and chestnut so I'd say it's worth the money, the test will come when my new firewood store is built and I start to fill it up ...
