This towed drop spreader with built-in aerating spiker tines from Garden Pride offers a versatile means of distributing fertiliser and other loose material whilst gently aerating your lawn.
The unit can be towed behind either a compact lawn tractor, ATV or utility vehicle by simply attaching it via the hitch and securing it with a locking pin.
Various materials such as grass seed, top dressing, fertiliser, sand, salt or grit can be spread with ease, so long as it is dry and free flowing. The rate and flow of the material is controlled by the handle fixed to the side of the hopper itself, which opens or closes a gate in the bottom of the hopper.
