“I am a professional gardener, so when I purchased this I needed it to be put to work straight away, but when I got it out of the box I put the handle on only to find out there was no 4mm Allen key or piece of rubber for the handle to sit on, never mind I have my own Allen keys and I can pack underneath the handle with tape. I started it up and noticed it wasn't running smoothly and every time I squeezed the throttle the blades barely moved then I stopped it and started it again and now when I squeezed the throttle the engine cut out.i have contacted Cobra about it,the next step is to post the trouble on You tube”

The machine is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, however your first port of call with any problems can always be with us, the retailer.
