The Lawnflite T245 is a medium-sized front tine tiller with surprisingly big capabilities! This durable and low maintenance cultivator has a compact design of powder-coated steel construction and will ease the work, even under difficult conditions. With a 61cm / 24" working width, the Lawnflite T245 is powered by a ThorX OHV petrol engine with a worm drive transmission.  It is equipped with two sets of four front-mounted tines on each side, which have an adjustable working width. The self-sharpening, heat-treated tines are made of steel and cut especially deep to break up the ground completely.  The adjustable depth bar stake helps anchor the tiller and adjust working speed and depth.  The tiller has a single front transport wheel which can be conveniently folded upwards when working with the tiller. The Lawnflite T245 front tine tiller is fitted with plant protection shields which keep the soil off young seedlings, whilst the height adjustable handles fold to allow more compact transportation and storage.

The MTD Lawnflight was delivered on time and after some time spent chasing an elusive bolt, was assembled. Having filled it with oil and petrol it started first pull of the cord. Autumn will be the true test of its ability but I have high hopes and expectations.
