The Lawnflite T450 boasts a powder-coated steel deck and steel chassis and is powered by a heavy-duty, reliable 205cc Briggs & Stratton 900 Series engine with maximum torque. With forward and reverse gears, the chain and gear driven gearbox gives a very strong, positive drive. This cultivator has a tine unit mounted behind the axle. The housing covers the blades completely and is fitted with adjustable covers on the sides. The side shields are height adjustable in five positions. This allows the user to achieve an even and fine ground surface. The tiller is equipped with four sets of four 33cm self-sharpening, self-cleaning, heat-treated tines made of spring steel to tackle the toughest terrain. With a tilling width of 45cm / 18", it has two tine turning directions: forward rotation for loosening ground and reverse for rotation and breaking up hard soil. Excellent grip in difficult conditions is ensured thanks to the two large pneumatic chevron tyres. Both the drive and tine turning direction are centrally adjustable at the handle. The continuously height adjustable handle allows ergonomical and safe working. The handles are fully adjustable and can also be angled to the side to allow the operator to use the machine without walking on the area already tilled.For excellent results, even on difficult ground, the Lawnflite T450 rear tine cultivator will do the work for you. It is suitable for the most 'serious' gardener and light commercial use.
