We find that some people need to take the herbs at the higher dosage for a little longer, not too long, but just enough to establish the herbs within your system.

“Bought this for my husband. He has Parkinsons and has been sleeping very fitfully and usually gets up at 0300. Not anymore!
He sleeps now from approximately 2130 until 0500 with a couple of trips to the bathroom as usual. He sleeps more soundly and doesn't 'dismember' his bed now.”
