“Unfortunately no effect whatsoever, despite taking the maximum dose of four capsules!
As the products' main 'special' beneficial ingredients are Ashwagandha and Reishi mushroom, which are both available at "a large online retailer" for significantly less cost, for more capsules of both at the same strength or higher, it is hardly worth the £30 per month cost of 'Doze & Dream', even if you find them to be helpful.
Disappointing, but worth a try for the cost of postage.”
