“Its great for short runs up to 50 miles before I start getting saddle sore does over 100 miles on a tank returning 40-50 mpg depending on the run. its very easy to ride and surprisingly nimble. Its quick enough around town but will get left for dust on the open road by just about any modern bike over 250 cc, I have only ever managed to get about 95 mph out of it.
But to be honest that's why I am still alive I used to have a Honda 900 super sport and i would scare the live out of my self on it.
The other good thing about the Harley is it hasn't really lost much money. I have owned it for about 10 years and apart from tyre's mot's and services have never spent a penny on it.
You do how ever have to keep the battery charged up if your not using it regularly I keep mine on a trickle charger
so to sum up if you want to a easy to ride bike thats not going to kill you is reliable and holds its money well you could do worse than the Harley thats for sure.
But if speed is your thing go Japenese

“As with all Harley's need to upgrade the brakes and remap the ECU. It's comfortable for me at over six and a half feet tall, could use a bit more legroom for long ride's and the bars could be higher but this problem will be with every bike I own. Altogether a good bike and I'll keep it for a while.”
